Yesterday I decided to put my nutrition in check. I committed to eating healthier long term (my very specific goal for the next week being to cut out chocolate and ice cream).
Today our district announced it will be closed for a minimum of three weeks. Well played, Universe. Well played.

You can do this. Prepare small, healthy snacks that you can eat when you get the craving for the not-so-healthy stuff. A spoonful of peanut butter helps me, and I eat a lot of apples. But, that's just me. I'm rooting for you.

Maybe you could spend three weeks learning how to make healthy snacks. Today was our last day for two weeks. This afternoon, I thought, "Oh, I can bake everyday!". Then I realized that, although it would be fun, it is a really bad idea. Good luck with your nutrition mission.

I'm hoping I use more time to exercise and less time snacking because I am bored :)

Sounds like you're reducing sugar. I'm facing my sugar addiction, but haven't made a clear goal.

You can do it. Making good decisions nutrition wise is always a struggled bit it has been in much easier since I started intermittent fasting in 2018.
